About
I’m a clinical psychologist with specialized training in sport and mental performance. I work closely with young athletes and individuals recovering from surgery to support their return to sport, overcome mental blocks, and manage sport performance anxiety. I also help athletes navigate transitions out of sport, prolonged concussion or injury recovery, and life events that affect their performance. Because of my background, I bring a unique understanding of the mental side of sport—its demands, pressures, and the distinct culture and needs in each athletic environment. This allows me to tailor care to the specific mental health needs of athletes in a way that feels relevant, supportive, and effective.
In addition to working with individual athletes, I partner with coaches and teams to strengthen communication, improve responses to failure, prepare for high pressure situations, and address challenging team dynamics while promoting a healthy, collaborative support systems for young athletes.

Ratings & Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
