The HOPE Developmental Follow-up Clinic (Healthy Outcomes Post-ICU Engagement) at Children’s Wisconsin provides specialized care for infants who required NICU/CICU care after birth and are at increased risk for developmental delays or ongoing medical needs.
This multidisciplinary program follows patients through the first two years of life to assess growth, motor, language, behavioral, feeding and overall development and to coordinate early therapies and services as needed.
