Many people worry about needing extra training when they switch to working with kids. At Children's Wisconsin, we want to make your move as easy as possible.

We give you lots of training and education on how to care for children and their families. This starts with an introduction to our clinical work. The training can last from a few weeks to several months, depending on your experience and what job you'll be doing. Plus, we offer chances to keep learning all the time. We support our staff and make sure they have the most up-to-date information on how to care for kids.
