Children’s Wisconsin privacy practices, non discrimination practices, accessibility guidelines and how we share and protect information across Children’s entities.

Children’s Wisconsin works hard to keep your personal information private and safe. We also make sure everyone can get healthcare, no matter what language they speak or if they have a disability. Our website and app are made to be easy for all people to use. Children’s is made up of different groups that share information to give your child the best care possible.

Non Discrimination Practices

Children’s complies with federal civil rights laws and provides free and timely help for:

  • People with disabilities so they can communicate well with us
  • Qualified sign language and spoken language interpreters to people whose preferred language is not English
  • Written information in ways which may include large print, audio, digital or other languages

Organized Health Care Arrangement

The Children’s Wisconsin affiliated entities listed below (“Participants”) all participate in the Children’s Wisconsin organized health care arrangement (“Children's Wisconsin OHCA”). The Participants in the OHCA conduct the following joint utilization activities: utilization review, quality assessment and improvement, and financial risk management. These joint activities involve the sharing of protected health information among the Participants.
